Metal hose production in China also has 60 years of history, has experienced the tin tube, pure tin tube, multi-layer packaging tin tube, the evolution process of 70s. All aluminum production equipment has been is the automatic production line of aluminum tube. Hose by printing, offset printing to zincography, then to the copperplate printing. At present, there are dozens of manufacturers specializing in the production of metal hose.
The development trend of the hose is the use of high pure aluminum hose and full plastic hose.
Metal hose is mainly divided into four categories: pure tin tin tube, pipe, aluminum and plastic composite hose.
It is mainly used for filling toothpaste, ointment, cream cream, shoe oil, adhesive and so on.
The capacity of the hose is small to 4ml's eye ointment hose, as large as 500m1 of ink and paint hose.
When filling with a metal hose, the plastic cover is swirled at the pipe mouth, then the inside is filled from the bottom of the opening tube, and then the bottom of the tube is folded and pressed.
Some of the internal materials will be chemically reacted with aluminum to deteriorate the product, and the aluminum hose is also eroded, so it is sometimes required to apply coating inside the aluminum hose. The coating used in aluminum tube is usually used as epoxy resin, phenol resin and so on. As mentioned above, its main role is to resist corrosion, prevent perforation and prevent heavy metals in aluminum metals from affecting the paste quality, but the process cost will increase by 20%-30%. So it is currently used for the packaging of high-grade dental products and cosmetics.
